Idanim, a leading meditation platform, has introduced a transformative 20-day free LIVE meditation course, “Learn to Meditate” aimed at fostering emotional well-being and mindfulness. Launched at a time when people take up New Year’s resolutions, this program is designed for people who are planning to add meditation and mindfulness to their list. The course also offers participants a certificate upon successful completion.
With a structured approach, the course covers the basics of meditation and seven unique meditation techniques, addressing common challenges such as sleep issues, negative emotions, and distractions. Participants will practice meditation techniques like Aum Chanting, Anapanasati, Vipassana, & Metta, and learn about different postures, best practices, common pitfalls, misconceptions, the role of anchors, and much more.
Raman Mittal, Co-founder and meditation teacher of Idanim, shared the idea behind this initiative: “It’s that time of the year when people take a pause to reflect on the previous year and plan things for the upcoming year. They make resolutions for the things they want to achieve. For people who wish to adopt mindfulness in their lives, and want to start meditating but feel stuck, this course will guide them step by step. The course also offers a platform to interact with teachers and get their queries resolved on the spot. We hope this course empowers people to live more mindfully and rediscover the joy within themselves.”
