We understand that forming a habit is hard. This is why we’ve handpicked crisp and engaging meditations with an average run time of 20 minutes. Some meditations might be a bit shorter, some might be a bit longer, depending on the topic.
Absolutely. Dedication to forming a habit is commendable. You will get a personal session even if you miss a day and break your streak, but meditate for 11 days or more. However, to get 3 personal sessions with our meditation teachers, you will need the 21 day streak!
